1. Have an Open House

Schedule a basketball-themed open house for your business. A perfect way to attract new customers and clients, offer visitors goodies and basketball-themed giveaways while they learn about your business or organization.

2. Plan a Tournament Office Party

Plan a pot-luck lunch party at the office with popular hot dishes and appetizers. Ask everyone to choose to make a dish from one region of the tournament- East, West, Midwest and South. Place some basketball hoops around the office for some work day fun!

3. Throw a Game Day Viewing Event

If you own or plan events for a hospitality business such as a sports bar, restaurant or hotel, having a game watching event is a great way to get in new patrons and ramp up the fun. Give out promotional cups, water pouches and can coolers to your customers and ensure that they’ll be back for more!

4. Hold a Fundraising Event

If you are a nonprofit or your business wishes to support a specific cause, a themed fundraiser is a great way to raise money while also having a great time. Have a tournament bracket pool or raffle where the proceeds go to supporting the charity or cause you have selected. Instead of money, winners can receive fun promotional backpacks, t-shirts, and stress balls for their donation.109291_2AK_1

5. Create a Spirit Week at Work

Get your work family hyped up for the big games by adding a little team spirit in the office. Have “Wear Your Favorite Team Color” days, design contests and give out prizes. Ask employees to submit songs for a basketball-themed playlist. It’s a great way to beat the early spring doldrums and make your coworkers and employees want to come to work!
